The pantry is a ministry of North Lake Presbyterian Church which opened in 1998. Our supplemental grocery program for local families in need, improves their quality of life, helps sustain health, good nutrition, energy, human dignity and the opportunity for family members to meet their full potential.

Pantry Update:  August 2012


In July the pantry hit a record for clients served in one month and new families added!  We assisted 378 families representing 1122 individuals!  To date in 2012 through your support, we have been able to help a total of 2203 families - 6181 individuals!   We added 55 new clients to our roster.  Our families have 325 children under the age of 18.   Unfortunately this is not good news and is reflective of our current economic state. 

A big THANK YOU goes out to all of you who support the Christian Food Pantry including Sweetbay Supermarket in The Villages, Publix Groceries in The Villages, our many Church supporters along with those clubs and individuals in the area who so graciously donate!  Because of you, those less fortunate are able to have food on their table.
